8:00–9:00 AM — Check-in & venue opening, wristbands, vendor floor soft open, warm-up area available

9:30 AM–10:15 PM — K-Pop Competition, Junior/Teen group divisions

10:30 - 11:00PM — K-Pop Competition, Adult solo

11:00 - 12:30PM — K-Pop Competition, Adult groups

12:30- 1:00 PM — Judge Showcase & Panel

1:00– 1:15 PM — K-pop Award

1:15 –2:00 PM — K-Pop RPD (Random Play Dance)

2:00- 3:00 PM — Break

3:00–4:30 PM — Open Style Competition, Junior & Teen groups/teams

4:45 - 5:30PM - Master Class (open to all dancers)

5:30–6:30 PM — Break

6:30–8:30 PM — Open Style Competition & showcase, Adult

8:30–9:00 PM — Open Style Awards

9:30 PM — Doors Close

12:00–1:30 PM — Masterclass 1

1:35–3:05 PM — Masterclass 2

3:15 - 3:45PM - Judge panel/ Q&A

3:45–5:15 PM — Masterclass 3

5:20–6:50 PM — Masterclass 4

7:00–7:30 PM — Scholarship Awards & Closing Ceremony

Two Junior classes and the Junior Scholarship run in the morning; Sunday’s four masterclasses are taught by our panel of judges.
